Great stay, clean room, quiet, comfy bed, smelled clean. Nice breakfast and friendly server in the morning. Only complaint is that the maids woke us up by opening up the door at 9 maybe I was supposed to put the sign on the door?
This is a nice hotel. It's under renovation, so some amenities, like the in-house market were unavailable. They did have complimentary fruit, popcorn and cookies all day. The TV greets you when you get to your room, and you can safely watch your own Netflix on it, as well as several other streamers, like Max and Tubi.
Stayed here for one night due to hotels in West Jefferson being completely booked. Could not have asked for anything better. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, staff were more than nice, & snacks & coffee provided at night. We did not worry with breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Hotel is undergoing renovations but we did not hear any construction from it.
We stayed here last night and everything about our stay was excellent! Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, and the breakfast this morning was wonderful! The staff puts a lot of effort into making you feel at home and we appreciated it! Special accolades to the breakfast attendants this morning-they were top notch and a pleasure to be around!
Our go to hotel when traveling back to Virginia. Currently under renovation. Love the staff, awesome breakfast and holiday decorations! Unfortunately for us, it's pet friendly and we were placed in a room on the 3rd floor across from a loud barking dog. Suggestion would be to have a designated floor for pets and the other floors for no pets.
Have stayed here the last couple of years during my family's road trip, we absolutely LOVE their christmas decorations! They are under construction this year so there are no decorations, but will return next year! Good breakfast clean and quiet hotel, polite staff
Friendly and speedy service upon arrival. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent and fresh. Will be staying here again!
We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns in our travels and this one is one of our favorites. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is always quiet for a good nights sleep. They have a very good breakfast but if you are looking for something different there is an awesome breakfast restaurant right next door.
